Apply for Me

AI applies for you.

For real — on the employer's own application form, with your resume and your answers. You flag the role; the AI does the form, and shows you exactly what was sent.

How it works

  1. 1. Add your resume once

Upload your resume (PDF, DOCX, or pasted text) and fill in your Golden Application — the standard questions every form asks: contact details, current role, education, work authorization, notice period. You do this once; the AI reuses it on every application and never guesses at a blank.

  2. 2. Hit Apply for Me on any role

Every job card and every job page has the button. One tap flags the role and it lands in My Applications as Queued — no forms, no cover-letter tab, no re-typing your work history into another employer's boxes.

  3. 3. AI completes the employer's application

AI opens the employer's own application form, fills it in from your resume and stored answers, and writes the essays in your voice. When something only you can answer comes up, it pauses and asks you in My Applications — then picks the application back up from there.

What the AI will and won't do

The AI will

  • Complete the employer's actual application form — the same form you would fill in yourself.
  • Write essays and cover letters from your resume, in your voice — small, explainable assumptions only.
  • Use the answers you've stored: your Golden Application and anything you've answered before.
  • Ask you when a question is something only you can answer, and wait for your answer.
  • Show you exactly what was submitted — every answer, in My Applications.

The AI won't

  • Invent employers, degrees, dates, or metrics that aren't in your resume.
  • Ask for, store, or use your passwords for employer sites.
  • Submit anything without a real confirmation from the employer's site.
  • Hide a failure — if an application couldn't be completed, you'll see that, with the reason.

Timing & control

Applications run every hour on the hour (ET), up to three per run, first in, first out. My Applications shows your queue in order, with the run each application is expected to go out on.

You can withdraw any application before it's submitted. After a submission, My Applications keeps the full record of what was sent — every answer, the essay, and the employer's confirmation — so nothing the AI does in your name is a black box.

When an application can't be completed

Some employer forms can't be completed by an agent: CAPTCHAs, employer account walls, and unusual requirements — like recording a video — stop the process. When that happens, the application is marked “Couldn't complete” with the reason stated plainly, and the employer's posting is one click away so you can apply yourself. Nothing is ever marked submitted that wasn't.

Your resume stays private

Your resume is stored privately on your account and used only to complete applications you flag. It isn't sold, and it reaches an employer only as part of an application you asked the AI to submit.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Apply for Me is part of the free AllRoles account — job searching on AllRoles stays free.

Do I review each application before it sends?

No — that's the point of flagging it. The AI sends it on the next hourly run using your resume and stored answers. It never guesses at big facts: if a question only you can answer comes up, it pauses and asks you first. And after anything is sent, you can see exactly what was submitted.

What if I want to apply myself?

The regular Apply button is always there, on every role — it opens the employer's application site directly. Apply for Me is an alternative, never a replacement.

Which application forms are supported?

Employer application forms reached from a job posting — that's where the AI applies. Some forms block agents (CAPTCHAs, required employer accounts, unusual steps); those are marked “Couldn't complete” with the reason, and the posting is one click away so you can apply yourself.

How do I stop an application?

Open My Applications and choose “Delete application” on anything that hasn't been submitted yet. And if you simply stop flagging roles, nothing new goes out.
