What data is included?
Every posting AllRoles collects from tracked companies’ own ATS boards and public feeds: title, company, location and country, classification (seniority, workplace type, AI-role and early-career flags), employer-advertised salary where the posting states it — and the lifecycle: first seen, last seen, field changes, and closes with reasons. The full field dictionary, with sources and fill rates, is on the methodology page.
How fresh is it?
Every registered board is crawled twice daily, at 11:15 AM and 5:15 PM ET. Workspace figures, exports and briefs are computed from the live tables at the moment you run them — there is no stale extract behind them.
How far back does the history go?
Point-in-time history — the daily snapshots and the event log — begins October 15, 2026 and accrues every day from there. It is never backfilled or restated, so a figure cited from a frozen monthly edition stays reproducible.
What formats do I get?
CSV exports in the documented schema — the sample dataset is the exact format — each with a manifest and SHA-256 checksum, plus the workspace views themselves. Data Team also includes developer API access, launching with the developer API.
What do the license terms allow?
Standard tiers license the data for internal analysis and derived reporting inside your organization. Redistribution of raw postings is not part of the standard tiers — that is what the bulk data license scopes. The full terms ship with the order paperwork.
