What you will do As a Desktop Support Specialist based on-site in Lyon, you will engage in a 40-hour work week on a 12-month freelance contract. Your initial months will involve resolving hardware, software, and application issues, documenting troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems, and facilitating customer resolution. What the role requires This self-employed position requires experience in helpdesk and desktop support environments, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to manage inbound technical queries effectively while maintaining operational consistency. Your first months at H-Tech Supports You will have taken on daily technical support duties, resolved diverse hardware and software challenges, and successfully managed ticketing workflows across your assigned shifts.
