Founding Marketing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE As Founding Marketing Lead at a seed-stage AI voice software startup, you will own the marketing function and work closely with the founders. You will shape how the market understands the product through campaigns, content, events, and brand-building, while connecting marketing activity to customer acquisition and growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, the website, events, partnerships, and paid channels. - Create and distribute newsletters, founder content, customer stories, videos, webinars, blog posts, and social content. - Turn product launches into coordinated campaigns across customer-facing channels. - Plan and run webinars, dinners, conferences, and customer events from initial concept through follow-up. - Develop campaign concepts and produce assets yourself or work with freelancers, agencies, and AI tools. - Create and optimize landing pages, campaign pages, and conversion journeys. - Test new formats, partnerships, and distribution channels, then scale effective approaches. - Measure how marketing contributes to audience attention, pipeline, and revenue. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B startup or scaleup. - Strong German and English writing skills. - Experience planning and executing multichannel campaigns, producing content, and organizing customer and industry events. - A hands-on approach to writing, building pages, editing assets, and launching campaigns, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. - Strong judgment in content, design, and brand execution, paired with creative and structured thinking. - Experience using AI tools for research, writing, design, automation, or analysis, and a commercial focus on acquisition, conversion, and growth. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION This is an on-site role, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
