Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Early Career

Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.  Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships and built-in documentation time, so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day. The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!  Performance-based monthly bonus: We reward your hard work!
