Gopuff is seeking a Process Lead for our Operations team. Reporting to the Site Leader or Manager, this role is a core part of the leadership team with the responsibility to ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to our customers. During your shift, you will lead the performance and day to day tasks of both the Pack and Receive and Kitchen* teams. You will manage the performance of the Pack and Receive team and the development of our driver-partners.
