QA Manager

Serve as QMR to ensure the QMS remains aligned with requirements, report QMS performance and improvement needs to management. Ensure quality documentation and controlled procedures are maintained and updated, corrective actions are implemented effectively. Coordinate internal and external audits including certification and customer audits. Oversee quality standards for incoming, in‑process, and finished goods while approving quality reports and deviations, leading root‑cause investigations with corrective actions, and monitoring quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Oversee audit plans, review findings for timely actions, and use results to drive improvement. Manage customer complaints, oversee investigations, and provide professional communication with customers. Evaluate supplier quality, support supplier audits, and collaborate with purchasing to establish and implement supplier quality requirements. Lead and develop QA/QC teams to ensure strong performance while planning and coordinating training on product quality and quality systems. Promote quality awareness and a proactive mindset across the organization while applying structured problem‑solving tools (5Why, 8D, Fishbone, etc.) to reduce defects and improve processes. Manage QA resources and budget, ensure safety and good housekeeping in QA operations, and actively participate in cross‑functional meetings and plant‑wide initiatives.
