UI/UX Developer Senior Consultant

Significance Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Developer Senior Consultant to assess, design, and enhance user interfaces across Department of the Navy applications, including custom web applications, Power Apps, SharePoint solutions, dashboards, robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-enabled solutions, and legacy systems. The developer will proactively identify usability improvements, conduct user research, and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to improve user experience, accessibility, and system functionality. The role will also support front-end development and implementation of UI enhancements as program needs evolve, ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements. This position works within a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and Navy stakeholders in a Secret-cleared program environment.
