Your responsibilities About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality & Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve our quality management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products, services, and operational processes consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, manage quality risks, and promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements Define and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance indicators Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions Identify quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities and ensure effective root-cause analysis Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and operations Work closely with all other departments Provide guidance, training, and support to employees on quality-related topics Prepare quality reports and present relevant findings and improvement measures to management Ensure that quality documentation and records are maintained accurately and effectively Qualifikation Your Qualifications Freelancers must meet the requirements for working on a freelance basis and include their proposed monthly rate in their application. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a comparable position Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and relevant quality standards Experience with audits, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work Strong organizational and project management skills Very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage Experience with relevant standards is a plus Benefits A responsible and varied position with a high level of autonomy The opportunity to actively shape and further develop our quality organization A collaborative and international working environment If you are motivated and excited about taking on this responsible role and becoming part of our success story, we encourage you to apply today!
