Customer Service Rep

If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you! ,Part / Full time ,Allowed to work from home  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various federal and state regulators and insurance companies Must be fluent in communication and English Must be a U.S. Citizen, Or Canadian Citizen Must be ready to learn ,Training is required and given  Answers multiple incoming lines via PBX console Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written Efficiently gather customer information and transfer calls to correct extensions and departments Proactively contacts patients to ensure they are compliant and fill and/or refill prescriptions Receives calls from patients and answers questions regarding prescription status, reimbursement, co-payment assistance and other related questions
