This remote opportunity offers the chance to influence marketing execution across multiple teams while collaborating with creative, brand, digital, and compliance professionals. It is ideal for a proactive, results-driven marketer who enjoys building relationships, managing diverse priorities, and turning creative ideas into meaningful business outcomes. \n Accountabilities • Advisor Marketing Strategy: Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing partner for approximately 8–10 financial advisor teams, developing a strong understanding of their business objectives, services, brand voice, and growth opportunities. • Strategic Planning and Consultation: Lead proactive marketing planning sessions with advisors, identify business needs, recommend appropriate campaigns, and align team-level initiatives with broader regional growth priorities. • Marketing Plan Coordination: Connect advisor marketing plans with corporate marketing resources, growth initiatives, and available tools, including established content libraries and platforms for events, email, and social media. • Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate marketing events and related initiatives, helping advisor teams execute their growth plans and engage effectively with clients and prospects. • Campaign Development and Management: Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, events, and other relevant channels using tools such as FMG Suite, Canva, Wistia, Wrike, and Salesforce. • Content and Creative Coordination: Manage collateral development, content customization, campaign assets, and vendor communications while collaborating with Creative, Brand, Web, and Compliance teams to ensure quality, consistency, and timely approvals. • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Use Salesforce reports, dashboards, and campaign data to monitor performance, manage campaign budgets, communicate results, and recommend improvements based on measurable outcomes. • AI-Enabled Marketing: Apply AI tools to accelerate content development, generate ideas, improve productivity, and streamline recurring marketing processes while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand alignment. • Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders, understanding the specific needs of each practice and providing proactive, responsive marketing support. • Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of marketing plans, campaigns, budgets, progress, challenges, and advisor feedback, ensuring relevant stakeholders remain informed and aligned. • Advisor Education and Enablement: Train and educate advisors and their staff on marketing recommendations, available tools, collateral, and strategies that support the client and prospect lifecycle. • Insights and Best Practices: Research industry developments and emerging marketing trends, identify successful approaches, and share insights and success stories across the advisor community. • Process Improvement and Innovation: Contribute to the development of new marketing tools, templates, campaign frameworks, and repeatable processes that improve efficiency and expand marketing capabilities. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and campaign reviews while supporting broader marketing initiatives and helping scale successful ideas across advisor teams. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • At least three years of experience in marketing or sales enablement; experience in financial services marketing is beneficial but not required. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple advisor relationships, campaigns, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously. • Excellent written communication, copywriting, visual storytelling, and content development skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and the capacity to establish credibility quickly with financial advisors and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into practical, creative marketing strategies that support growth and engagement. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Experience working with CRM systems is required; familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage. • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as FMG Suite, Canva, Wistia, and Wrike is preferred, along with the ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing performance data, prepare reports, evaluate results, and make data-informed recommendations. • Demonstrated AI literacy, including the ability to write effective prompts, assess AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness, and integrate AI tools into daily workflows while maintaining quality standards. • Willingness to continuously learn about emerging AI technologies, marketing methodologies, and industry trends, including understanding the appropriate applications and limitations of new tools. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, polished, and professional marketing materials. • Empathy and curiosity, with the ability to understand advisors' business challenges, ask insightful questions, and recommend solutions that reflect their needs. • Results-oriented approach, with a commitment to meeting objectives, improving campaign effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for growth. • Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Willingness to travel approximately two to seven times per year to support advisor initiatives and marketing events.
