Sales Development Representative

About the Role Join the go-to-market team at a growing HR technology company to build outbound pipeline and connect with HR, Finance, and executive leaders. You will work closely with sales colleagues and contribute to the company's growth in employee benefits. What You'll Do Generate top-of-funnel pipeline and aim to book approximately 10 qualified meetings per month with HR, Finance, and executive buyers. Reach enterprise prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound campaigns. Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and support effective handoffs. Use AI tools and modern go-to-market technology to streamline outreach and increase productivity. Share prospect feedback and market insights with product and leadership teams. What We're Looking For One to three years of outbound BDR or SDR experience, ideally selling HR technology to HR teams. Experience in a B2B SaaS startup, including a high-growth environment. A record of meeting or exceeding quota and strong cold-calling skills. Confidence engaging senior HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and AI tools such as ChatGPT. Experience using AI to automate or scale outreach workflows. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: £40,000 to £43,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
