Program Operations Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a Program Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across Aeva’s product and customer programs. This role will work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to establish, streamline, and execute the processes and tools used to manage complex programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented, with the ability to turn complex cross-functional activities into clear plans, actionable data, and scalable processes. This role will have broad visibility across Engineering, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management and will play a key role in improving how Aeva plans, tracks, and executes its programs.
