Organization Name Signode India Limited Position Title Executive - Operations Reports to Business Head Grade E2 / E3 Department IPS Job Location/Country Rajkot (Gujarat) Team Size - Travel Occasional Position Summary: The Operation Executive responsible for Running Punching / Printing machines/ Stitching machines , thus ensuring overall Production / Productivity. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day production and shop-floor operations. Ensure efficient operation and maximum uptime of production machines. Plan production schedules in coordination with the Sales team. Ensure timely preventive and routine machine maintenance. Manage raw materials, inventory, WIP, and stock requirements. Allocate manpower and supervise operators for optimal productivity. Ensure product quality, inspection, and process compliance. Maintain high standards of people and machine safety. Ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS, 5S, EMS, and housekeeping standards. Support product/production costing and cost-control activities. Experience with wood, corrugated packaging, pallets, cartons, or related processing machinery is preferred. Exposure to printing, punching, stitching, corrugation, or similar manufacturing equipment would be an advantage. Candidate Profile: Qualification & Certification (if applicable Diploma Graduate (Preferably Mech, IP, Auto, Electronics). Good academic records, 60 % & above all academics Experience At least 5+ years of relevant experience Communication & Language Proficiency Strong verbal communication skills Simple, clear and customer-centric communication Having good idea about Wood and corrugation processing machines.
