Staff Software Engineer

You will: Lead cross-organizational efforts to enhance system efficiency, deployment speed, and maintainability. Improve developer experience and system visibility by streamlining infrastructure workflows Optimize model serving infrastructure to maximize the perception system's model performance. Develop and scale robust infrastructure for large-scale data processing, extraction, and evaluation. Support expansive machine learning development, including data mining, debugging, and visualization tools. Contribute to systems development by enhancing testing, performance analysis, and deployment pipelines. You have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation. Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: C++ programming; Distributed system design; Large-scale data pipeline development; Distributed data processing frameworks; and Robotics engineering or Machine learning engineering. The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
