Retail Sales Representative

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.   Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team to achieve better result   Qualifications: High school degree Proficiency in English Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Pay: $36000 - $46000 per year.   Job: On site Full time   Benefits: Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Employee Discount Flexible Schedule
