About The Role
Insight Enterprises is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator helping organisations accelerate transformation by unlocking the power of people and technology. Insight AI is the services arm delivering our AI, data and platform engineering work, and it holds Insight's global partnerships with Anthropic and OpenAI.
The Partnership Solutions Consultant is Insight's specialist seller. You will own revenue for a service line and partner with Services Leadership, delivery teams and our Go-to-Market account executives to build and Execute client growth strategies, develop trusted executive relationships, shaping proposals with delivery, and running the sales process from first contact to signature.
This PSC role is the first commercial hire into our Frontier AI seed model in EMEA. You will be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of Anthropic- and OpenAI-based services engagements strategy, governed deployment, agentic solutions, and AI Centre of Excellence programmes. Focused on mid-market and enterprise clients across EMEA.
You will work directly with partner sellers at Anthropic and OpenAI to co-sell, and with Insight AI's solution architects and consultants to scope what we sell. This is a hunter's role with a consultant's brief. You will open the conversation, you will lead it with the executive who owns the budget, and you will close it.
What You'll Do
Own the sales process end to end. Run discovery, qualification (we use MEDDPICC and Miller Heiman Strategic Selling as our backbone), proposal, commercial negotiation and close for Frontier AI services engagements. Manage your pipeline in CRM with accurate stage, close date and forecast category.
Sell at C-suite level. Build and sustain trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and Heads of AI. Translate frontier model capability into business outcomes those stakeholders will fund — cost, revenue, risk, speed.
Open new markets. Generate your own pipeline through outbound, partner co-sell, events and the Insight client base. Lead Insight's entry into new EMEA geographies and verticals where we have no existing Frontier AI footprint.
Co-sell with Anthropic and OpenAI. Build working relationships with partner account executives and partner managers. Source and progress joint opportunities, qualify inbound partner referrals, and represent Insight AI credibly in partner forecast and pipeline reviews.
Shape the proposition with delivery. Work with Insight AI's solution architects, product consultants and delivery leads to scope, price and propose engagements that we can deliver profitably. Develop customised proposals, business cases and executive presentations.
Partner with the wider Insight go-to-market. Work alongside Insight's account executives and SDR team to position Frontier AI services into existing Insight accounts, and act as the subject-matter seller they bring into their clients.
Feed the market back. Stay current on the frontier AI market, competitor positioning and regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, DORA, sector regulators) and bring that intelligence into our proposition and pipeline reviews.
Report. Provide regular, honest pipeline and forecast updates to management, including the gaps.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 days: Fluent in the Insight AI Frontier AI proposition and delivery model. Active working relationships with Anthropic and OpenAI partner sellers in your territory. A qualified pipeline building in CRM with first executive-level meetings held.
First 6 months: First Frontier AI services engagement closed.
First 12 months: Delivered against a bookings target defined by the business net-new logos. Established Insight AI as a referable partner within Anthropic and OpenAI's EMEA field teams.
Must Have
What we're looking for:
7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales, with a demonstrable record of closing complex consultative deals with executive stakeholders. You have personally run a deal from first conversation to signature with a C-level economic buyer and can walk us through how.
Experience selling professional services, managed services or SaaS platforms into mid-market or enterprise clients. You understand how services are scoped, priced and delivered, and you can hold a credible conversation with a solution architect.
A self-starter who builds their own pipeline. You have opened new territories, new verticals or new buyer personas without an existing book to lean on, and you can show the outcomes.
Commercially sharp: you qualify hard, you understand margin, and you walk away from bad deals.
AI-first in how you work. You already use frontier AI tools daily to research accounts, prepare for meetings, draft proposals and sharpen your thinking and you can show us how. You can explain, in plain language, what a large language model can and cannot do for a business today.
Comfortable with ambiguity. This is a seed-stage team. The proposition, the process and the territory will evolve, and you will help shape them.
Strong Preference
Experience selling AI, data, cloud or platform engineering services.
Experience co-selling with a hyperscaler, ISV or AI vendor's field team.
Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and/or Miller Heiman Strategic Selling.
Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, higher education, public sector) and the governance conversation that comes with deploying AI in them.
A slight technical background: a prior pre-sales, consulting or engineering role, or a technical degree, is useful but not essential.
Fluent English plus professional working fluency in at least one other major EMEA language — German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian or a Nordic language would be welcome.
Hiring manager interview: deal walk-through. Bring one C-suite deal you ran end to end — including what you got wrong.
Insight AI Leadership Panel interview: a 30-minute executive pitch of a Frontier AI proposition to a mock CIO/CFO panel, followed by Q&A with Insight AI delivery leadership.
