Job Description: ScienceLogic SME • Configure and optimize ScienceLogic monitoring for VMware, VCF, vCenter, wireless controllers, and access points. • Implement client-defined monitoring policies, thresholds, and alerting standards. • Develop and maintain Dynamic Applications, event policies, and monitoring templates. • Configure performance, availability, capacity, and health monitoring for supported infrastructure platforms. • Tune alerts and thresholds to reduce false positives and improve operational effectiveness. • Implement event enrichment and monitoring metadata required for downstream integrations. • Support integration with ServiceNow and Splunk for event forwarding and operational workflows. • Execute monitoring validation, testing, and remediation activities during deployment. • Create operational runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. • Provide ongoing monitoring optimization and platform support during rollout and stabilization.
