Founding GTM Lead, UK

ABOUT THE ROLE Own go-to-market growth for the UK market at an early-stage AI voice technology company. You will build pipeline, close deals, and help establish the first local team while sharing customer insights with the founding team to shape product and strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting and network development. - Manage full-cycle sales, from first contact through contract signature and deployment. - Win early customers and establish a foothold in the UK market. - Hire, onboard, and lead the first UK team members as the business grows. - Work with the founding team to develop a repeatable UK expansion approach. - Share structured customer and market feedback with product, marketing, and strategy teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, technology sales, or consulting. - Experience carrying a sales quota, generating outbound pipeline independently, and closing deals end to end. - Strong buyer relationships and the ability to lead full-cycle sales processes, including enterprise deals. - Experience hiring, onboarding, and leading team members, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach. - Native or near-native English fluency. - Experience in B2C software or SaaS is relevant; exposure to AI or voice technology is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. No salary or equity range was provided. LOCATION The role is listed as hybrid, with the primary location in Berlin, Germany. You will work from Berlin five days per week for the first 2 to 3 months, then be based in London.
